Wetting/Leveling Agents

Amphoteric fluorosurfactant primarily designed to reduce the surface tension of aqueous solutions to promote leveling and wetting. In some systems, APFS-14 will also function as a foam stabilizer.
VOC free, water-borne, nonionic, fluorinated surfactant based on short-chain fluorochemical technology. APFS-70S has exceptional stability and provides outstanding wetting and leveling properties, even on difficult to wet surfaces.
VOC free, water-based, nonionic, short-chain, fluorosurfactant designed to enhance leveling and wetting in waterborne systems.
VOC free, water reducible, short-chain anionic fluorosurfactant that produces very low surface tensions in aqueous solutions. APFS-74S is APEO free.
APFS-75S is a short-chain anionic water-based fluorosurfactant dispersion that gives low aqueous surface tension only achievable with fluorosurfactants
APFS-76S is a short-chain nonionic water-based fluorosurfactant that was designed to provide excellent cleanability and oil repellency when added to flat finish architectural paints and water based coatings.

Water Repellents

Waterborne self-curable reactive silicone copolymer emulsion that imparts excellent water repellency on architectural substrates.
Organo-modified siloxane emulsion designed for use as a penetrating and durable water repellent for concrete, grout, stucco, split-face block, brick, natural stones etc.
API-WP30C is a low VOC, hydrophobic, non-silicone waterborne emulsion specifically designed to impart water repellency and beading on wood. API-WP30C may also be applied to other architectural surfaces. API-WP 30C produces a clear finish. API-WP30C will impart pronounced and long lasting water beading not yet seen with other repellents, water-borne or solvent-borne.
API-WP35 is a low VOC, hydrophobic, non-silicone waterborne emulsion specifically designed to impart water repellency and beading on wood. API-WP 35 produces a clear finish and will impart pronounced and long lasting water beading not yet seen with other repellents, waterborne or solvent-borne.
Reactive silicone resin that produces a durable, super-hydrophobic treatment when applied to fabric, leather, natural stone, grout, wood, etc. APS-232HCA will not change the appearance of the treated substrate and treatment will only be realized when water or other liquids come in contact with the treated surface. Depending on the type of substrate the static contact angle of deionized water on the surface can range from 120° to greater than 150°.

Slip Mar & Abrasion

Silicone resin powder that can be used as a coating or resin modifier to impart lubricity and abrasion resistance.
APS-228 Emulsion is a silicone emulsion designed to be used as an additive for waterborne automotive coatings. It provides durable silicone characteristics to polyurethane and acrylic plastic, leather and wood coatings. Because of its non-ionic character, APS-228 Emulsion can be used in conjunction with cationic, nonionic and anionic systems. Among other properties, APS-228 Emulsion imparts mar, slip and dust/dirt repellency to auto care products for rubber, plastic and vinyl.
Nonionic emulsion of polyethylene resin that will increase abrasion resistance, strength and durability in a wide range of coatings and finishes.

Crosslinker

API-BI795 is a blocked urethane pre-polymer that can be defined as an isocyanate reaction product, which is stable at room temperature but dissociates to regenerate isocyanate functionality under the influence of heat.
